Dinner Series

The Palette menu is attune with the seasons. We partner with local farms to provide exquisite freshly harvested produce, and with meat purveyors and fishermen who specialize and take pride in their craft. Join us for daily offerings prepared in our brick oven and rotisserie.

Enjoy the celebratory atmosphere of Palette with our extensive selection of wine and champagne sourced from small, sustainable and quality-driven producers from around the globe. A weekly rotation of by-the-glass options, the occasional lo-fi apertif, and a collection of craft beers are also available.



Our dinner series is a new form of elevated, experiential dining. Guests are greeted with a delicious beverage while they sip and mingle with their fellow diners, taking time to explore our space. Each series theme is also reflected in the curation of our on-site Gallery, provoking questions and conversations for the table. Once seated, our guests will enjoy an 8 course tasting menu with beverage pairings. The menu takes inspiration from the seasonal bounty of our local region, as well as the deep personal history of Chef Peter J. Hemsley. Each course is presented in a unique vessel, created in collaboration with local artisans, designed specifically to tell the story of the food. Live entertainment will be interwoven throughout the evening.

PROGRESSION is about change and advancement - the change of seasons, styles and sources of inspiration. The Palette Dinner Series and Gallery explore this theme. What was old is now new; what was commonplace is now extraordinary. Food and Art are moving forward!

Price includes 8 courses, beverages, and gratuity. We offer pairings that include wine as well as sophisticated non-alcoholic pairings. We encourage everyone to try the incredible, beautiful and thoughtful non-alcoholic option.
